As a Software Development Manager, Aditi's role is to oversee and manage the software development for applications in the MRO domain. Broadly categorizing her current roles and responsibilities into the following areas: • Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of 20 software developers, including hiring and training team members, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.• Stakeholder Management: Responsible for effectively communicating with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and other departments within the organization, understanding their requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, monitoring project timelines, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Managing the budget allocated for development projects, estimating project costs, tracking expenses, and allocating resources effectively to ensure optimal project outcomes.• Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within my team by identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and fostering a learning environment to enhance the team's skills and productivity.

Aditi worked in HARMAN for 7 years, and in various roles at Harman, she was responsible for ensuring the quality of the Cloud-based Harman Proprietary Platforms with focus on functionality and performance.She was responsible for planning and execution of the test deliverables.She participated in analyzing the market/user requirements based on the knowledge of Audio Domain and the legacy Harman Software to create test plans, scenarios, test cases, enable execution and reporting the status to the management.She worked on the Project Automation Suite to automate the functionality.Alongside this, she also worked as the Scrum Master for the team.

AMX is a brand under the HARMAN portfolio, and is dedicated to integrating AV solutions for an IT World. AMX solves the complexity of managing technology with reliable, consistent and scalable systems comprising control and automation, system-wide switching and AV signal distribution, digital signage and technology management.Aditi spent 4 months in the US at the AMX office working on the AMX products.During the tenure at AMX, she worked on the product requirements for the support of the 4K and UHD content by the AMX enclosures.She performed the firmware test with the appropriate hardware testing the functionality of the entire system.

Aditi worked on the preparation of Test Scenarios and Test Cases and Test Case Execution, Defect Management and prevention.She also worked on the Database and Web Services Testing which includes testing the SQL Database using queries.She automated over 200 test cases to be used for regression testing cycle and execution of automation scripts on new builds.

Aditi worked on Adhoc proof of concepts to create Utilities for easing up the Testing Tasks.She was responsible for test case execution on different OS and browsers for testing of web features.She handled client calls weekly for triaging of defects and ramping up and mentoring of new team members.To make tasks easier, she would write basic utilities to automate the tasks like Build Download, automatic emails etc.
