PLC Programming and System Integration: - Develop, test, and implement PLC programs to automate manufacturing processes. - Integrate PLCs with various sensors, actuators, robotic systems, and machinery to streamline production.2. Process Design and Optimization: - Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products. - Analyze and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in production.3. Production Planning and Execution: - Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely adherence. - Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for material and component availability.4. Quality Control and Compliance: - Implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all manufacturing and control systems.5.
