UX Designer – Aircraft Operations & MaintenanceIn this role, I focused on optimizing crew operations by designing and enhancing the user experience of the Crew Terminal for aircraft operations and maintenance. My efforts were centered around streamlining workflows, ensuring efficiency, and improving the usability of critical tools for flight crew and maintenance teams.Additionally, I led the development of a multi-brand, responsive design system from the ground up. This design system was tailored to meet the needs of different brands while maintaining consistency across platforms, enabling seamless experiences for various user groups. The system also supported light and dark modes, adaptive breakpoints, and language switching, creating a highly versatile and scalable solution for global operations.

Within two weeks of its launch, over 3,600 users signed up, achieving a 72% chatroom join rate.
