Quality Head in 300MW REPDO Solar PV Project at Jeddah, KSA

Managing a team of 8 Quality Engineers(Civil & Electrical) on Construction of 0.35/11KV USS with Installation of Electrical Equipment’s in Solar Power Plant & Construction of the Unit Sub-Station of 0.69/33 KV, HT lines and WTG electrical.

Construction of Sub-Station of 33/220KV, Unit Sub-Station of 0.69/33KV, HT lines and WTG electrical from concept to commissioning of the respective WTG’s.

Quality Monitoring on Construction of the Unit Sub-Station of 0.69/33 KV, HT lines and WTG electricals from concept to commissioning of the respective WTG’s.

Job Responsibilities: • To ensure incoming parts quality from outside suppliers.• Process capability establishment through process quality audits.• Overseeing PFMEA, SPC, Kaizen, PDCA Cycle, Poka Yoke, Root cause analysis using why - why methodology.• Quality standards establishment and formalization.• Monthly MIS & Daily report generation of Quality department.• QMS documentation i.e. ISO audit supporting documentation.• Non Conformities raising & management for timely closure.• Conducting Tool Box Talk with site people and discussion of daily planning and resolution of relevant quality issues.• Initiate and review effectiveness of corrective action by suppliers on quality problems.• Maintain records of supplier history, positive recall and Supplier Problem Quality Report / Quality Problem Countermeasure Report.• Maintain process discipline and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment,) standards as applicable.• Final inspection of products before Handover to customer.• Effective closure of customer complaints along with relevant evidences.• Participation in various audits like DNV, PDCA, PCI and effective closure of NCRs/observations.• Participation in Quality Improvements Projects (QIPs) and horizontally deployment at sites

Responsibilities:1. Responsible to capture whole electrical network in DGPS system for proper watch and ward in an instant2. Maintain team field records.3. Check the whole data through GIS Networking Tool (quality checking software).4. Review of Quality of work & ensures teams are working properly in assigned manner.5. Explains technical rules to our all four divisions team for successful completion of whole work
