Job Profile: HR Generalist•Ensuring Total Employee Involvement to create a Motivated & Morally boosted Manpower force for each department with the help of Senior Management.•Compliance of all statutory & Legal Requirement as per the state government rules & timely applying for the Annual Exercises like Factory license, Pollution Board consent•General Administration & Security functions.•Preparing MIS for the Senior Management for keeping them informed well in time.•KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment & Selection•Arrange suitable manpower, issuing the offer letter & prepare the salary structure as per company’s Rules•Planning and Employee cost analysis for each Department •Reviewing the recruitment schedule.Training & Development •Training need Identification & on job trainings as per schedules across all levels•Performance review•Prepare skill matrix and training schedule •Prepare annual and monthly training calendar.•Organizing training programme (In house & Outside Agency).•Taking Initiatives & Regular follow ups with all departments & Monitoring of 5S, Kaizen & Quality Circles.•Oversee the Organizational Development & Training function and develop employee training programs.Personnel & Administration•Production incentive, gratuity, leave encashment.•Maintain attendance and leave record.•Monitoring Housekeeping, Canteen activities.•Prepare MIS on time.•Travel Arragenment.Statutory Compliance Handling•Prepare monthly PF / ESIC Challan.•Monthly/Annual PF Returns.•Factory license renewal .•Annual fire NOC renewal.Welfare Activities• Information circular.• Birthday and Marriage anniversary.•CSR Activities .Industrial Relation & Liasoning•Ensure better relationship between management and employees.•Interaction with Workers on regular basis to resolve the day to day matter•Prepare agreement for Service providers like security, Manpower suppliers & canteen & clearing their bills in time.
