I work for the Ministry of Law & Justice through Tattva Creations which officially looks after the Ministry's media related affairs.As a content specialist for the Ministry, my responsibilities include drafting informative social media campaigns, creating press releases to communicate the Ministry's stance on legal matters, and producing podcasts on legal topics. I also lead the drafting of internal meeting minutes and coordinate with the graphics team to create visually appealing content. To ensure consistency, I work closely with officers of the Department of Legal Affairs. Through my work, I strive to educate the public on complex legal issues and generate positive media coverage for the Ministry's initiatives.

As an Assistant Professor for three years, I contributed significantly towards the establishment of an Electronic Media Production Center (EMPC) to facilitate departmental activities. I actively participated in various National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) documentation/projects and committees, which helped to enhance the overall academic quality of the institution. Additionally, I initiated and oversaw the creation of a campus newsletter called Tula's Tabloid, which provided an effective platform to disseminate important information to the campus community. I also served and supported various functional activities of departmental committees, and assisted senior professors in their daily tasks and functions. To further enhance my teaching skills, I completed several Faculty Development Programs (FDP), which helped me to improve my teaching methodologies and provide better learning outcomes for my students. Overall, my contributions as an Assistant Professor helped to create a positive and productive learning environment for students and staff alike.
