Facilitate and development of the District and Block level annual plans of Mission Pariwar Vikash (MPV).Provide technical assistance to Maternal Health at District level with roll out and implementation of the LaQshya initiative at District levelProviding technical and programmatic support to the District and selected facilities in the process of LaQshya certification. UNFPA plays a major role in the facilitation of LaQshya program at District level .

Facilitate the developing of the District wise Family Planning Action plan in DHAP for the delivery of the family Planning services in the districts under Kota division.Undertake mapping of the service providers with respect to the family planning services and develop a training plan and coordinate training in the districts on the basis of the data.Identify unnerved areas in the districts in terms of provision of family planning services and prioritize these areas for service provision.Develop Quarterly Plans with specific emphasis on the block for provision of family Planning Services, especially training and SBCCAssess the facility readiness of the Static centers on a representative sample basis and provide feedback for inclusion in PIP and necessary follow up. Take stock the reproductive health commodities related to family planning and ensure uninterrupted availability. Facilitate conduct of trainings especially clinical trainings. Emphasize client’s choices in selection of methods.Develop capacity building plans and support the department in developing strategy for capacity building based on strategies under Mission Parivar Vikas.Support District Quality Assurance committees to conduct visits as per existing guidelines.Co-ordinate with Demography wing at the Directorate of the Medical, Health and Family Planning in terms of eligible couple survey and data analysises.Facilitate and participate in the quarterly Zonal and monthly District review meetings of the Family Planning programme and develop an action based plan for follow up action.

Facilitate the implementation of the interventions which are of priorities under the RMNCH+A framework as Maternal and Child health activities and strengthening family planning and routine immunization activities. To provide technical as well as supportive supervision support to Joint Director and Chief Medical Health officer and coordinate with other related line departments for the intensification and harmonization of efforts under the RMNCH+A strategy in Bundi Districts of Rajasthan.Liasoning and coordination: Establish a good and excellent coordination with District Collector & District Health Counterpart like CMHO, PMO,& DLOs to ensuring involvement of all in the health Service delivery.Assist with the selection 24x7 health facilities, communities and prioritization of quality improvement interventions at the district level. Co-ordination with the District Health teams, provide technical inputs for the development of district action plan-cum-monitoring framework, including budgets and timelines.Undertake the assessment of Immunization Coverage and status of implementation of Child Health Interventions i.e. SNCU, FBNCs, new born baby corners etc. Operationalization of FRU/CHC’s and 24x7 PHC’s (SNCU, NBSU & NBCC Set up) in Bundi district.Implementation of MDR, E- MDR and rolling out of newer maternal health guidelines.Strengthening the delivery points and ensuring quality obstetric services.

Liasoning and coordination: Establish a good and excellent coordination with District Health Counterpart in the Bahraich District and ensuring involvement of all in the health Service delivery. Management: Supervise and manage all District staffs, budgets, timelines, and efforts to implement program activities according to plans and ensure high performance of the District team.Support for the Skilled Birth Attendants (SBA) activities with project technical team and ensure quality and adherence with relevant standards of SBA Capsular Training.Effectively liaison with Health department, administration Department at District with DM, CMO Health for better program Implementation and discussed gaps during the meeting of District Health Society (DHS).

Manage implementation of Social Mobilization activities at District level. Initiated and implemented strategies for reduction of left out cases from immunization. Coordinated activities with district level NRHM and ICDS functionaries for better coverage of immunization. As a District Mobilization Coordinator responsible for the facilitative / supportive supervision of the district Social Mobilization Unit that comprised 28 Block level supervisors (BMC) and 250 (CMC)community level workers at Bareilly District
