I trained for several months in order to ready myself for this role. I briefly worked at Softsquare tasked with Sales and Marketing responsibilities. During my time, I got a basic understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.This is a phenomenal place to work, as they go above and beyond to mentor and equip you for what's ahead. Unfortunately, I had realized that this wasn't the career path for me, and so I took the decision to leave the role.

Here I worked in B2C sales, calling leads looking to learn a foreign language at an internationally acclaimed standard. I was tasked with responsibilities in delivery/service as well. Through this job, I learned the importance of a versatile and effective database, and so I built a basic CRM to increase team productivity.

This was my first experience in a managerial role. Here I took care of day-to-day operations, maintaining accounts, inventory, and various salon-specific data tables. I was tasked with social media marketing and front-desk sales responsibilities. Interacting with people from all walks of life, I learned a lot of management and problem-solving skills.
