As a Student Placement Coordinator at IIM Bodh Gaya, I work with a team of dedicated and enthusiastic students to facilitate the placement process for our batch of MBA candidates. I coordinate with recruiters, alumni, and faculty to arrange campus visits, interviews, and networking events and to showcase the diverse talent and potential of our students.Prior to joining IIM Bodh Gaya, I was the Lead Commercial for the Bauxite Handling Package at Vedanta Limited - Aluminium Business, where I handled the procurement, contracting, and execution of a major expansion project. I negotiated with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, achieving cost savings and quality improvement. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure the project delivery and compliance.
