Our innovative, technology-backed, and comprehensive process will help them make an informed & well researched career choice, plan their career path ahead, start building domain based and soft skills, and take the next step towards preparing for the corresponding entrance exam or college admission.

ProBano provides career guidance to high school students through career counseling, mentoring, and skill building. It aims to help school students explore and discover their passion.I am the Founder & CEO of ProBano and I also currently oversee the operations of the company.

Worked towards restructuring the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of IIEST Shibpur. Lead a team of volunteers to successfully organize a series of workshops and interactive sessions including:1) A monthly series on how to convert ideas to reality2) Workshop on Intellectual Property Right Protection by Indian Patent Office (Kolkata)3) Workshop on User Innovation4) Idea Validation and Pitching Contest 5) Cycle of DevelopmentWorking towards our aim to ensure that at least 5% of all the students in IIEST Shibpur are entrepreneurs.

During my tenure at Avyam Technologies, I pursued the following activities:1) Developed a sustainable business plan for www.avyam.com (An e-commerce website selling handicrafts) and www.avyamtechnologies.com (A company which designs the website, mobile application and Facebook store for e-commerce and m-commerce businesses also providing them with business and cloud consultancy).2) Prepared a corporate dossier to be used for sales pitches to international clients.3) Prepared a technical report on a visit to a potential collaborator in logistics management. 4) Suggested measures to manage their business operations.5) Was one of the main content writers of their blog www.avyaminnovate.com where I posted articles which examined the pros and cons of other e-commerce businesses.6) Designed the now patented tagline of www.avyam.com.
