I am currently working as a Tax Associate in Ashok Pranshu & Co. Where my areas of specialization are Direct Tax Laws, International Tax, FEMA, and Economic offenses. I am routinely involved in Tax litigation and appearing before many forums such as ITAT, SAFEMA, CIT(A), Adjudicating Authority, and Hon’ble High Courts. I also routinely provide advisory in fields such as International Tax, Direct Tax, FEMA, and White collar crimes. I have also been engaged in the draft and set up of a few charitable and personal trusts. Furthermore, I have also advised on aspects of restructuring transactions within India and abroad.
