Within the Operations capacity, I:- Designed a pro-forma organizational structure to guide hiring strategy for 1, 3, and 5 years.- Worked with CEO and external stakeholders to secure a $5mm loan guarantee from the California Infrastructure Bank backed by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District’s Climate Tech Finance group.- Worked with CEO and external stakeholders to get acceptance into the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator’s Market Access Program.Within the Business Intelligence and Strategy capacity, I:- Developed informational material and financial models.- Worked with CEO to ideate and develop strategy for additional revenue sources.- Engaged with vendors and partners to adhere to timelines and execute on capital projects.- Lead the Business Intelligence team, which was responsible for developing and managing a proprietary business intelligence platform for gaining insights into day-to-day operations, growing and managing a growing application portfolio, and enabling strategy and operations execution with technology solutions.
