As an Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) student at IIM Jammu, I am focused on strategic planning and data-driven decision-making, consistently delivering impactful results. My work involves developing go-to-market strategies, optimising operational processes, and integrating sustainability into core business strategies.I have demonstrated strong analytical abilities through several national achievements. I was the National Runner-Up at HorizonLink (Wazir, IIM Rohtak). I crafted a go-to-market strategy and key performance indicators for StarLink’s India expansion, competing against over 380 teams. Additionally, I secured a top 10 position out of 2100+ participants in IIM Bangalore’s “Cash Conundrum - Unleash the CFO Within,” evaluating strategic financial options. I also earned a National Top 3 Finalist position out of 2300+ participants in IIM Bangalore’s EcoStrategist competition by developing a B2B marketing strategy and analysing the Customer Journey, Touch Points, and Buyer Personas.Leadership is a key strength of mine. At ProdMan, the Product Management Club at IIM Jammu, I led a newsletter that informed hundreds of students about industry trends. As part of the Sponsorship Team for Empyrean’24, I secured crucial partnerships for an event attended by over 12,000 participants, showcasing my organisational and networking skills.In my role as a Content Management and LRM Intern at The Art Of Living, I developed innovative curriculum content by researching industry best practices, significantly enhancing educational materials for thousands of students.Outside of work, I’m an avid coffee brewer and keep up with current affairs, which provides me with a well-rounded perspective on challenges.
