We drive high single-digit share of total marketplace revenue and double-digit share of marketplace revenue growth. I've built this new line of business from vision to impact and own the P&L for driving profitable growth.- TikTok: Built the TikTok Creative Exchange, a B2B marketplace for connecting advertisers with creative talent to build short-form videos for TikTok. Took the marketplace from 0 to 1 (product-market fit) and general availability; in its first 11 months, short-form videos from this platform comprised 5% of all videos used in TikTok advertising.- Facebook/Meta: Doubled a $1B dollar ads business on Facebook Marketplace by increasing ad supply, advertiser demand, and improving ad relevance + ranking; while preserving user and advertiser value. Marketplace Ads was 2.5B when I left the team. Incubated Facebook's Job Advertising product from 0 to 1 (product-market fit).Prior to these, I founded an online e-learning marketplace, worked in management consulting at Accenture, went to business school at Wharton, and worked in a couple of startups.I am energized by:- Taking complex platforms/marketplaces from 0 to 1 (idea to product-market fit) and scaling mature businesses to meet user and business goals- Recruiting and developing high-performing product teams- Setting up systems that scale for better decision-making and cross-functional collaboration and accountability- Advising startups and founders
