I've built this new line of business from vision to impact and own the P&L for driving profitable growth.- TikTok: Built the TikTok Creative Exchange, a B2B marketplace for connecting advertisers with creative talent to build short-form videos for TikTok. Took the marketplace from 0 to 1 (product-market fit) and general availability; in its first 11 months, short-form videos from this platform comprised 5% of all videos used in TikTok advertising.- Facebook/Meta: Doubled a $1B dollar ads business on Facebook Marketplace by increasing ad supply, advertiser demand, and improving ad relevance + ranking; while preserving user and advertiser value. Marketplace Ads was 2.5B when I left the team.
