Marketing Manager
CurrentLead the overall marketing function, and to deliver the marketing plan in line with LEGO Discovery Center brand values and business strategy. Responsible for driving the commercial objectives of the business, maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction. Work on the pre-opening strategy to generate awareness and excitement in the market and continue the momentum through opening and beyond. • Work with the General Manager, create and execute a marketing strategy which drives visitor volume to the attractions and delivers annual profit growth (EBITDA). Create, own and execute the annual marketing plan, delivering budgeted visitation and revenue through a diverse range of channels including consumer, trade, events, schools and corporate bookings.• Drive a fresh and exciting approach to the marketing function, combining long term strategy with insightful tactical activity to ensure delivery on challenging visitor volume, revenue, market penetration and brand positioning objectives.• Work closely with Midway Europe & New Openings Marketing Director and brand team, and build and manage relationships with PR, media buying and creative agencies.
