Marketing Manager
Current- Lead the overall marketing function, and to deliver the marketing plan in line with LEGO Discovery Center brand values and business strategy. Responsible for driving the commercial objectives of the business.
- Work with the General Manager, create and execute a marketing strategy which drives visitor volume to the attractions and delivers annual profit growth (EBITDA). Create, own and execute the annual marketing plan.
- Drive a fresh and exciting approach to the marketing function, combining long term strategy with insightful tactical activity to ensure delivery on challenging visitor volume, revenue, market penetration and brand.
- Work closely with Midway Europe & New Openings Marketing Director and brand team, and build and manage relationships with PR, media buying and creative agencies.
