Human Resource Management:• Manage HR operations of 200 employees. Responsibilities include Payroll, Stipend & Leave administration, Time management, Employee record maintenance, Training and Manpower planning. • Assist in Talent Recruitment: Manage the interview process and conduct 1st screening interviews. • Responsible for on-boarding process of new employee (training, security clearance and resources access). • Coordinate Monthly Manager meetings. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and coordinate with multiple departments to prepare operational plans.Vendor (Contractor) Management:• Manage technical vendor screening, selection and on-boarding. • Assist in preparation of purchase requisitions, claim vouchers and ordering. Issue work and service orders to contractors using SAP. • Responsible for clearance of invoices for 3rd party contractors, maintaining records and time sheets in SAP. • Prepare and analyze data for departmental KPI's, management meetings and operational & financial reporting.
