As an Education Study Abroad Counselor, my primary role was to assist students in pursuing academic opportunities abroad and guide them through the entire process of studying in foreign countries. I was responsible for providing comprehensive support and information to ensure that students have a successful and enriching study abroad experience.

I embarked on my professional journey as an Educational Counselor, eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students. Joining Paragon was a pivotal moment for me, as it marked the beginning of a rewarding career path.Recognizing my dedication and commitment to my role, I was promoted to the position of Senior Educational Counselor within just six months. This promotion not only acknowledged my hard work but also provided me with the opportunity to delve deeper into the field of educational guidance. In this capacity, I had the privilege of mentoring junior counselors and refining my own skills further. My journey of growth within the company did not stop there. A year after becoming a Senior Educational Counselor, I was entrusted with the role of Branch Manager. This elevation in my career was a testament to my leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and ability to manage a team effectively. As a Branch Manager, I oversaw the operations of the entire branch, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, fostering a collaborative work environment, and maintaining the highest standards of counseling services for our clients. This role enhanced my organizational and managerial skills, enabling me to tackle challenges head-on while motivating my team to excel.After contributing significantly to the success of the branch and the growth of the company, I decided to take a bold step towards entrepreneurship. Drawing from my years of experience in educational counseling and branch management, I founded my own company, Detica Pvt. Ltd.
