My goal here is to convey messages through the visual arts. I create images and develop graphics for company website and for other products & promotions. I make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best. Also being an operations manager my role is to manage the daily/weekly operations and activities in a way that the productivity of the employees raises. The main role is to handle and resolve daily issues and to work with the staff to improve service. As a Broadcast designer, I was there to visually convey a message in the most innovative and commercial way. Tasked with producing designs such as program logos or the opening sequences, color themes, layouts and CGs/templates. Often working with artistic and creative directors, writers, producers and other artists and often have to work under tight deadlines.Capital TV finally went on air in June 2013 after missing couple of deadlines. To achieve that they hired a fresh team for their core creative department in which I was the only graphic designer.
