In this role I managed this leading orchestra’s vast and diverse lines of creative activity, handling at any given moment upwards of 20 – 30 live and recorded engagements in various stages of pre / live and post production. I created and managed all project budgets in line with ACE's and others grant requirements, liaised with globally renowned talent during creative collaborations and handled all the orchestra's financial administration, liaising with external accountants for VAT and annual returns. Key concerts / recordings during my tenure at the orchestra included:- Recording sessions with Radiohead for "A Moon Shaped Pool."- "There Will Be Blood: LIVE" UK tour with Jonny Greenwood- Ron Arad's "Curtain Call" at The Roundhouse- GABA-ANALOGUE featuring Shiva Feshereki at Printworks- Steve Reich's "Different Trains" w/ Boiler Room and Metal Liverpool.A summary of my core duties: CONCERTS & RECORDINGS: All aspects of recording session and live concert production management including: rehearsal venue, percussion, music and music stand hire; risk assessments, booking photographers and videographers; schedule creation; rehearsal and performance management; managing freelance contributors and orchestra personnel; creating and running production schedules; preparation of MU / BPI session paperwork; compilation of credits, liaising with Film Music Supervisors and Composers / Artists.INTERNATIONAL TOUR MANAGEMENT: schedule preparation; personnel andvenue liaison; booking flights and accommodation; organising visas and hotels etc.TALENT MANAGEMENT: liaising with soloists, renowned guest artists / bands, composers and creativeagencies during collaborations and LCO funded orchestral commissions.FINANCIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT: budget creation and management including creating and managing project budgets up to £100,000.FUNDRAISING: donor management and Gift Aid submissions; assisting in Arts Council England and otherfunders' grant application processes.

Production Administrator for the digital department of the Philharmonia Orchestra, responsible to the Digital Production Manager. This role ran concurrently with my role as Production Administrator of Rite Digital Ltd - a digital production company owned by Philharmonia Ltd. Involved in all aspects of production co-ordination for the Philharmonia Orchestra's award-winning digital installations (including Re-Rite and Universe of Sound) as well as undertaking other digital services including updating the company and clients' websites, management of digital assets and logging and capturing new video content.
