- Ensure optimal functionality of Edmonton International Airport CUPPS environment, including AODB, CUTE, CUSS, PIK, APC, FIDS, BWIS, eGates, Self-Tagging Validation Systems, Parking, Public Announcement, Baggage Sortation and other Passenger/Airline/Airport related systems.- Primary liaison for Passenger Facilitation, Airport Operations, airlines and other customers to manage support for IT assets including the design, setup, installation, upgrades, and support of key software and services.- Responsible for evaluating, recommending and planning IT systems as well as developing documentation such as scoping documents, service design packages, system specifications.- Analyze and identify issues impacting operational performance and establish initiatives for continuous improvement to ensure maximum availability of systems (minimal downtime from unplanned system outages) - Ensure optimal functionality of servers to the access control and CCTV Security systems and support contracted staff to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards are achieved.- Ensure proper documentation and written material is prepared in support of the CUPPS environment, including developing scoping documents work packages design specifications troubleshooting guides user including developing scoping documents, work packages, design specifications, troubleshooting guides, user manuals, support manuals, and training manuals.- Responsible for capital lifecycle management of airport operational systems.- Responsible for the development and delivery of new services, such as: Secure Food Delivery Service, Passenger Wait Time System, USCBP data interface, eBoarding Pass integration for US carriers.
