I was responsible for managing the annual marketing plan and budget utilization for the engagement team, including upselling and spend stimulation activity within the existing base.I worked closely with central data teams to assess and determine optimal targeting criteria required to drive results. I analysed downstream performance at an aggregated level to form profitable offers with the appropriate target base and channel mix, resulting in an increase in overall card member engagement.I was responsible for tracking results and providing insights that woud stimulate growth in future engagement activity. I was also one of three project leads to launch a new Platinum card into the NZ market.

This included remotely managing 3rd party vendors based in Australia, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy in product positioning. I developed automated back-end processes to drive campaign requirements, as well as automated reporting tools to effectively track and communicate results.In addition I was responsible for remotely managing the relationship with the call centre to drive low cost acquisition through cross selling.
