In 2021th, I was offered to lead the advanced analytics cloud infra product as a Product Manager. And this is a transformation journey again, since the product offers quite straightforward and user-friendly experience, however, it utilizes outdated technology stack and therefore is difficult to maintain and is limited in terms of innovation and scalability. For the recent ~4 yrs I have been working as a sub-contractor for the biggest global consulting company. When I joined, my role was a Lead BA for the BI product which had certain challenges with delivery commitments and quality.
