Helped p2v Citrix environment, and bring over both Target apps, and Amazon apps to help the contact center build. Helped develop the powershell scripts that supplemented the SCVMM/Hyper-V build and standardize Citrix server deployments. Designed/built the Citrix Profile Manager, flex profile kits Worked directly with end users, QA all applications, and capacity performance testing to ensure desire performance would be achieved. Worked with the performance team (Good ol floor 16) using tools like Loadrunner to simulate loads for both the front end Citrix servers, and the backend IBM DB resources.
