Development of CRM Tools on the Salesforce Platform.

Projeto para elaboração de um sistema de recomendação de imóveis , content based, para uma empresa do ramo imobiliário . Utilizando a metodologia ágil Scrum, o framework CRISP-DM e as linguagens python e SQL para limpeza dos dados, análise, organização e desenvolvimento do modelo. Foi implementado um modelo não supervisionado utilizando o algoritmo KNN que tinha como métrica “cosine similarity”.
