Profile bio

About Adrian Archer

My name is Adrian Archer of Pinehurst, North Carolina. I am currently studying at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Applied Math and Statistics. I am aiming for a graduate education focused on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence with possible interests in systems, data science, cryptography, and more.I strive for a professional career of continuous growth and learning and helping to nurture environments that enable others to do this. From my debate days in high school to my current work at APL new areas of learning are only a challenge away and I can never turn that down. Whether it's assessing international economics, programming chess in C++, or creating visuals from terabytes of database information with Python learning and applying new skills is essential to me. One of the most important lessons I've learned has been to always look for the right questions. Cutting edge insights don't come from an assignment or some logical progression but from curiosity enabling us to ask of the unknown why it remains hidden. This thrilling jump is one I take every day and while it often leaves me in the dark I have the joy of exploring the unknown and building skillsets that can make me a valuable and versatile member of any team. Thank you for reading, and I hope to help build this world of growth and exploration with you and everyone I encounter on this exciting professional journey.
