Accountable for successful execution of all Facilities Projects across Upstream. Delivering Assets Facilities Projects, Energy Efficiency. Ensuring Technical Integrity and Compliance of Facilities and Projects; Defining Project Management Systems, Processes & Guidelines.; Management of Projects Skill Pool for effective execution of projects.Managing Capital Project's team (approx. 250 people) and portfolio of all approved projects (approx. 160 active projects) with total budget / year approx. Euro 150 Mn);

Managing Small Capital Project's team (approx. 120 people) and portfolio of all approved projects (approx. 150 active projects) with total budget / year approx. Euro 100 Mn);  Assure development and execution of projects according with common professional standards and company projects governance rules;

 Day to day monitoring and reporting to Senior Vice-President of main strategic targets related HSSE, Production, Production Costs, Investments and Headcount; Working with OMV Petrom Upstream to ensure quality and timely input to key business decisions; Providing HO support to Business Development activities led either by OMV Petrom or by the Business Development Function; Providing active & visible involvement with respect to HSSE, including close monitoring of incident investigations, security assessments and crisis Response; Driving integration & business performance through participation at regular Performance Management Meetings focusing on Petrom E&P activities; Participate in audits and reviews may be internal or external and cover a variety of topics including technical, HSSE, assurance, finance and controls;  Closely monitor the audits results for OMV Petrom; Make periodic checks to ensure OMV Petrom E&P understanding of and compliance with elements of the E&P Management System; Close monitor of major development projects; Present suggestions and solutions for business organizational, processes and system improvement.

 Building & managing the Asset Projects team (approx. 160 people) and portfolio of all approved projects (total budget / year approx. Euro 120 Mn);  Managing the execution of new wells surface works and surface completion activities including tie-in;  Assure development, implementation and complying with common professional standards and projects governance rules in the Development BU organization on Asset level; Chairman of committee responsible with selection, prioritization and approval of new projects;  Acts as an adviser and enabler for the Project & Engineering organization on Asset level; Ensures the adequate professional capabilities in the Assets for projects implementation; Facilitate communication and collaboration between HQ Project Departments and Operation Assets;  Assure the interfaces between different projects in same field; Promote new ideas & opportunities to the management;

 Building & managing QA/QC team (approx. 60 people)  Develop, Implement and maintain QA/QC system in OMV Petrom Upstream projects.  Acts as knowledge center for projects QA/QC; Assure qualified QA/QC personnel for projects; Draw up yearly audit plan for contractors and projects ensuring that resources are available to be performed; Follow up the action plan and NCR’s as a results of Audit’s and Inspection’s  Develop QA/QC skills of internal and external personnel involved in projects

 Develop, Implement and maintain QA/QC system in OMV Petrom Upstream projects; Review and approve Inspection Test Plan and quality procedures of contractors; Responsible for implementation of Inspection and Test Plan; Performing quality check during projects execution and draw up reports with findings and recommendations; Performing quality system audits at contractors and draw up audit reports;  Monitoring quality of engineering and construction works carried out by contractors;  Performing quality check for materials used during project execution;  Checking and approve construction technical book and documents for project hand over to operation.

 Assured deployment the works in condition by maximum safety and in accordance with Agip KCO Corporate Procedures;  Assure technical support in site for deployment the works in high condition by quality; Attend at meeting with Subcontractor, Contractor & Vendor for established the top priority of works;  Elaboration and issue to management of “MONTHLY, WEEKLY AND DAILY PROGRESS REPORT.  Construction supervision for static & rotating equipment installation;  Performing quality and quantity check according with basic design and procedures before submit RFI’s (Request for Inspection) as per ITP (Inspection test Plan) ; Monitoring in site manpower and work quantity for additional work of subcontractor as per NCR, TQ or Site Instruction;  Recommend technical solution for discrepancy which appear between drawings and site situation for static & rotating equipment including internals arrangement;  Take all necessary measures in order to assure project construction execution according with schedule;

 Assure deployment the works in condition by maximum safety for people according with procedures in place;  Safety walk around before beginning any work (hard barricade, location of new excavation, location for new Firs Aid cabinet, location for water station etc) ;  Assure technical support and supervising site works in order to be respected project schedule and quality required by rules and regulations in place; Participating at project status meeting with Contractor & Client for established the top priority of works and safety conditions for proper work;  Issue the “REQUEST FOR INSPECTIONS”,“TECHNICAL QUERY”, “RELEASE NOTICE” etc. to assure works development in the right way according with procedures, standards, specs. and industry best practice.  Proposing technical solutions to engineering department for restore nonconformities and changes requested by site situations.  Received equipment’s and materials before installation and supervise installation according with procedures and vendors recommendations; Inspections and meeting together with contractor, company, vendor and license deputies.

 Supervising mechanical works during refinery overhauling in order to assure that approved quality procedures, standards and authority regulations are respected;  Validate pressure tests for static equipment’s; Checking from quality point of view design and construction for new plants;  Supervise quality of mechanical equipment’s installation against design, internal procedures and vendor requirements.  Technical inspection and validation of operation in safety conditions for equipment’s. If equipment’s present technical issues (e.g. corrosion, erosions, internals defects, minimal thickness, etc.) issue technical reports with repairing recommendations.  Validate completeness and quality of technical documentation for mechanical equipment’s.  Issue nonconformance report for static equipments (drums, towers, tanks, exchangers, boilers, air fin coolers, filters, heaters, packaged equipments, skids etc.) based on planed technical audit.  Interpretation technical data result behind non-destructive test (LP, MP, UT etc.) and recommend solutions for repair. Random checking operations of technological units in order to assure that basic design parameter are respected and don’t affect operation in safe conditions of plants.

 Coordinate maintenance team to execute works according with daily working program. Execute preventive, planned and accidentally maintenance for turbines auxiliary equipment’s (water heater, tank, expanders, centrifugal pumps, valves, piping, pipelines, condensers etc.) Operated devices for pipelines route detection and pipelines spills.

 Execute mechanical maintenance work for turbines auxiliary equipment’s (water heater, tank, expanders, centrifugal pumps, valves, piping, pipelines, condensers etc. )

 Operate 50 MW turbines according with operating instruction
