This platform required significant re-engineering to enable its continued use into the future with a markedly increased requirement to support additional data from many more sources and a much more prevalent awareness of data as a valuable Enterprise resource and to provide the tools to exploit that.Achievements:• Engage with project Solution Architect and IT department service providers to optimise ADCP platform design. • Optimise planned hardware platform to best utilise the IBM licensed VPU allocation to provide significantly improved performance.• Widen project scope to bring forward deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) software solutions onto the InfoSphere data engineering system on the ADCP platform for Enterprise Data Office (EDO) without altering project timeline or project budget. • Coordinate migration and testing of 10 unique data sets from original Windows platform to new and expanded Linux platform.• Execute project to plan and significantly below budget.

The Department of Lands records data regarding Land (titles, transfers, values, leases and other relevant data) on behalf of the Government of NSW. It is an independent operating business, expected to make profits for the Government.Achievements:• Demonstrated a proof of concept Data Warehouse and BI reporting system• Designed and built: SQL Server based Data Warehouse at the attendant infrastructure for roll-out of a Finance BI reporting system, supporting 100 users in 3 locations: Data Warehouse and BI reporting system for Land Title registrations data source• Merged disparate Finance (SAP) and Property (proprietary) data to enable coherent timely reporting against multiple data sources

Zimmer is a US based company that manufactures and distributes various implant and joint replacement products. Their Australian office in Sydney is their Asia Pacific IT hub. Achievements:• Designed and built Data Warehouse and BI system leveraging off AS/400 data sources for Australia and New Zealand• Aggregated data from 9 countries in the Asia Pacific region into a single data warehouse into SQL-Server based Data Warehouse• Adoption of SAP ERP from SAP system housed in Warsaw, Indiana to new SQL Server based in Sydney serving 6 Asia Pacific branches providing near-real time reporting to clients

This work was undertaken for the Business Banking group within CBA. The key requirements for the project were to allow the bank to understand the primary drivers of costs and profits of individual clients and products of the Business Banking Group. This represented approximately 400,000 clients.Achievements:• Conducted reverse engineering on a limited proprietary database platform that did not allow for data extraction or external data examination and only provided a limited data storage period• Designed Data Warehouse to extract and consolidate a 12 month rolling data set around original limited system with a capacity of up to 100 million rows of data per month, 48 hour turnaround for end of months reports and exposed under performance and fraudulent bonus claims
