Experienced and ambitious Senior Planning Manager Western Europe, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and KPI's within the aviation industry. My current role involves all aspects of Resource Planning in the Western Europe region including budget forecasting (long & short term), airline contract costing (RFP), efficient labor workforce planning and GSE (Ground Service Equipment) planning. I have recently developed a new system that enables our company to Track, forecast required FTE and best utilize the GSE required in our operation across Ireland & the UK. I have travelled extensively during my career and have spent time in Cyprus when Swissport acquired the Ground Handling contract in Larnaca and Paphos where I assisted in setting up the all aspects of a new operation under severe time constraints as a support Station Manager for both airports. I have also supported stations in Europe and Africa.I am forward thinking and constantly developing and implementing new processes to ensure our region remains under budget, while strictly following all Health & Safety guidelines.I have a Level 5 diploma in PTLLS, and I am fully competent with the entire Microsoft Suite.
