Worked on all Veolia System. The lab and the Industrial Equipment. Carried out PQMC on all systems. involved in all projects from start to completion. Work to a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule. Address breakdowns as required. Pumps, Gearboxes and Mechanical Seal Installs. Disinfections on Systems, RO and Ringmains. Carry out PQMC, SMC, Calibrations, GMP Procedures.Issue Customer reports electronically.Carried out Site Surveys prior to Installs. Trained customers on our equipment. Lead Major Projects through IQ OQ and PQ. Dealing with Sub Contractors. Training the Client. Getting the project over the line. Was on call 1 in 5 weeks. Making sure there was 24/7 call available to clients.
