I set up this independent consultancy to add value to local organisations with a range of digital transformation and project management issues.Osiris is presently working on a hybrid Distributed Ledger project to securely share claims and transaction information between trading partners, with limited visibility to non-participant 3rd parties. These might an owner issuing claims to a charterer, and sharing the information with a ship broker. The charterer may then forward the claim to his commodity trading principal, but with different trade terms. That trader may likewise split the claim to different trading purchasers, suppliers, and include customs or freight forwarders on the claim. However, no-one who is not directly involved the claim can have any knowledge that other parties exist in trade chain. Some of my key achievements within this role include:► Saved $1M in annual revenue through proposing and managing the implementation of a change to the way multi-currency micro payments for trading contracts were affected, detecting major flaws in FX handling in the process. Saved 5 FTE head count, dramatically cut execution costs, and provided a near STP process for these costs.► Key consultant for the database administration of British Satellite Broadcasting’s on-line broadcast programme management system.

Liaised with Insurance companies on how to report and protect such vessels. Advised on hardening of both shore and vessels against cyber threats.► Responsible for the business integration of intelligence data and security of assets. This includes the security of highly valuable data, physical risk avoidance, and real-time secure asset tracking using non-detectable means within a high threat environment. This involved liaison with military intelligence for interpretation of raw data and for bespoke detection and protection systems.
