• Assists in making MHTs assignments for each shift.• Assists in making sure ALL techs can perform Vitals & EKGs • Attend and oversees the shift processing meetings.• Oversees the day to day operation of the unit as it relates to staff.• Assures that the unit is clean and orderly and that all waste is disposed of properly.• Supervises staff and resident activities on and off the unit• Supervises the accurate documentation of incident reports.• Assists in the maintenance of time records and payroll• Ensuring leave slips are completed and submitted in a timely manner.• Monitoring of time punches, including early/late punches breaks or inappropriate punches.

• Calculating point sheets and noting and counting violations.• Providing weekly point sheets for client’s documentation and completing daily Q15s and document on client’s behavior.• Perform educational and informal groups with clients. • Serve as a professional mentor and positive role model in day to day activities.• Perform cleaning duties (kitchen, dayroom, and hallway): sweep and mop.• Make sure client’s do laundry on assign days.

• Assist students through daily after school programming in homework, mentoring, leadership building activities and life challenges.• Teach lesson on every Wednesday, which is provided by our Program Coordinator • Attend scheduled field trips that are a part of the program.• Attend staff meets, development and trainings as opportunities for intentional learning.

• Complete daily Q15s• Utilizing verbal de-escalation to diffuse heightened situations that occur in the milieu. • Responding to crises with effective, accurate, and timely "handle with care" techniques. • Serving as a mentor and positive role model in day-to-day activities in the milieu, ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents, and monitoring and re-directing residents to support the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu. • Having the ability, training, and knowledge to apply therapeutic restraints until the resident has the capability to process their behavior.• Using personal creativity to develop constructive activities for residents in an effort to help residents remain focused on therapeutic treatment goals.

• Assists in planning, organizing, directing and evaluation a diverse, community program of recreational, athletic, social and cultural activities for all ages and ability groups at a specified site.• Assists the Park Manager in organizing and scheduling classes at the recreation center: offering a variety of comprehensive classes/park activities, special events and new programs.• Assist the Park Manager in collecting fees and charges and in depositing collections and prepares and submits financial statement; maintains accurate records.• Prepares for and attends staff meetings in the absence of the Park Manager.• Submits reports and assignments that are accurate and timely.• Observes assigned work hours.• Assists Park Manager with the supervision of the premises and part-time staff• Schedules the use of buildings and grounds at an assigned recreation site; and opens and closes facilities as needed.• Conduct Facility, grounds, and playground check; prepares and submits maintenance requests; orders and receives all facility supples, conducts inventories and prepares related reports as required.• Assist with RCRC county-wide activities.• Assumes the duties of Park Manager in his absence.
