Professional experience (more than 14 years) related to institution and capacity building in the field of EU financial instruments (experience in issues related to institution building in the field of Pre-Accession funds and Accession funds).
 • Experience in different projects as team or project leader, or expert evaluator for proposals in the field of IT&C and environment (CFCU Romania 2004-2007).
 • More than 11 years of experience in bodies responsible for the management of EU financial assistance programmes in EU member state.• Experience in working with UN bodies - the Secretariat for Climate Change, Project Manager, ICT expert for the global system “Registry Greenhouse Gas Emissions”, member of the working group for change management and national focus point.• Expert IT & C and national focus point for European monitoring system of environmental factors (2005 – 2007).• More than 7 years of experience in design and quality assurance of financial management and control systems 
(director of CA, head of department, procurement and evaluation expert).

 • Relevant experience on EU accession funds: preparation, launch and implementation of DG - Employment grant schemes in Romania. 

• More than 14 years in managerial position.

 

• Extensive experience in management, monitoring and evaluation of EU funded projects (covering different sectors of Central Administration Institutions).

• More than 10 years experience in public procurement monitoring, internal control and quality assurance tools.

• Excellent working knowledge of procurement procedures (Practical Guide), of EC and national procedures for TA projects (ToR’s).
