A leader exceptionally skilled at innovating, building, coaching and collaborating with multiple lines of the business. Developed and implemented about 35% of lesson material used across all of Training and Development department. Partnered with legal and quality teams to find patterns of potential risk biweekly. Mitigated risk upwards of 28% after “Refresher Trainings” using those findings. Facilitated trainings upwards of 900+ teammates in total spread out between, new hires, leaders and current teammates. My objective was to train, develop and access compliance readiness for all leaders and teammates alike to collect and recuperate funds from large loss and high risk accounts to affectively level out the bottom line of the business.

Facilitate 1on1 AMP sessions, focused on improving KPI’s, building rapport, improving strengths and opportunities, and assisting in improving leadership traits within the team. Gather overall monthly and weekly escalations report for the collections department. Emphasize on building rapport and boosting morale on collections floor.
