I began my career in the entertainment industry as Operations Manager at Wembley Arena. In 2000, I was recruited by SMG to join the management team ahead of the opening of the Odyssey Arena in December of that year. I was then appointed Operations Director in 2002 and subsequently promoted to the position of General Manager in 2010. In December 2010, SMG signed a 15-year deal with The Odyssey Trust Company (OTC), the owners of Odyssey Arena. I was proud to be at the helm of the exciting changes that the new agreement and investment herald. During my time at Odyssey Arena, I successfully managed the move to in-house catering and merchandise services within the Arena and oversaw a £1.75 million re-fit of public catering and corporate hospitality areas. My team and I were committed to capitalising on the energy and opportunities provided by the SMG/OTC partnership to develop and heighten customer experience and additional revenue streams. Show less
