My sessions are focused and engaging whilst appropriately challenging and supportive to increase capability and awareness of the leaders’ role in supporting others, linking learning to real life experience and outcomes which support embedding, measurement of which evidenced through analysis of key data points. Through this I have experience of LNA, design, facilitation/delivery (both face to face and virtually to audiences of 150 colleagues) and evaluation. I forge strong relationships through consultation with key stakeholders including Senior Leaders, HR Business Partners, Focus Groups and External Parties to guide and support ensuring learning aligning to the strategic direction of the company/business area and is appropriate to meet the need and audience. Responsible for a team of trainers who provide retail sales training to Yorkshire Building Society's branch network and CCS. Working with key stakeholders to identify, design, implement and evaluate training which meets business and regulatory requirements.

- Retail, Sales and Technical Training to the Yorkshire's customer facing staff- Identification of learning needs- Learning Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Evaluation of training needs

- Ensuring the qualatative framework is maintained for optimum performance across all areas and third parties- Responsible for design, delivery and evlaution of training together with ownership of competency records- Supporting all areas of the business with training and development needs including technical and soft skills- Ensuring third parties adhere to regulatary and TCF obligations- Member of TCF Committee and Employee Council
