To successfully deliver business growth, I work closely with my management and sales team to develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. My role is to achieve annual revenue targets, to strategically develop my sales team, build strong, long term relationships with customers and keep on top of industry trends.I understand the Construction Industry and what it takes to generate long term win-win relationships. I have introduced sales and commercial processes, that have delivered sales growth, cost efficiencies and the acquisition of new customers.I’ve proudly been responsible for managing relationships with several of the UK's largest Construction Companies and M&E Contractors including Lendlease, Willmott Dixon and Crown House Technologies. These relationships were secured on the basis of positive engagement and introducing them to innovation or solutions, which in turn has delivered them cost savings and revenue improvements.I believe it is important to lead by example and could never ask a member of my team to do something I wasn’t comfortable to do myself. I feel this ethos has been shaped through my background not just in sales – which has included at all levels - but also product management and as Commercial Director.I am able to absorb product information quickly and understand where it fits in a process. A process that adds value for my customers.I have been a member of the Constructing Excellence Collaborative Working and Procurement forums, where I aim to seek out and introduce industry improvements.
