Customer Success is responsible for making sure customers and their respective representatives are kept in contact, and that their accounts are kept up to date and in good standing. We provide an array of resources to both customers and other departments within our organization, and are the go-to people when you have questions, and don't know where to find answers.With the migration to a newer system, there has been an expansion on responsibilities of Customer Success members, that will continue to change as upgrades are introduced to our work-force, and it is our priority to not only know these systems inside and out, but to be able to provide excellent service to those who depend on us.
