Director Of Intelligence Training
CurrentI direct operations in site exploitation of Afghanistan, Central and South America, create and lead exploitation courses and training, day classes, and multi week exercises. I manage over 80 missions in collaboration with role players and Battalion Intel Fusion Cells to ensure scenario continuity, frequently adapting to Special Forces Teams' (SFODA) performance. I also maintain over $1.1M in inventory and equipment. I perform Jump Master Duties in support of Battalion airborne operations in addition to managing 120 soldiers' airborne records updates. Awarded the NATO Medal.• Act as Head of Detachment; developed grading criteria for 4 battalions and collaborated with Battalion Commanders for its implementation, improving SFODAs' training efficiency, capability and awareness over 200%.• Coordinated, organized, and launched first and largest battalion validation exercise for combat operations; successfully ensured scenario continuity that improved deployment readiness.• Spearheaded the development and implementation of the Detachment customer service; streamlined training requests for support.• Led training for over 400 service members annually ranging from Special Forces Soldiers to Military Intelligence; acted as Subject Matter Expert in both physical and technical Site Exploitation.• Acted as the sole evaluator in exploitation for the entire 7th SFG; improved a SFODA's exploitation capability by 50% making combat operations more efficient and mitigating risk.• Selected to attend the Counter Threat Finance Course; acted as Team Leader.• Served as Jump Log Custodian for Company; maintained records for 120 soldiers, ensuring they receive jump pay and maintain accurate records.• Far exceeded Special Forces standard in annual performance evaluations leading to promotion and further specialized schooling; was ranked 5 / 120 amongst 18C MOS in the Army for promotion.
