Volunteer Co-Ordinator
CurrentRecruitment and management of volunteers on a day to day basis and providing role specific and organisational mandatory safeguarding training to new volunteers when they join roles I manage and ensuring they remain compliant with organisational training requirements including refreshing their safeguarding training at regular intervals.I have designed the current training materials that are used for the volunteers ensuring that they are accessible to everybody who wishes to volunteer with us.I am also a team superuser for Viewpoint, our customer database and for our teams automated connection system Twilio which allows us to connect conference calls together more quickly and efficiently whilst providing a seamless level of service for our customers.
