Responsible for distribution of tournament information to California wrestling community. Attract out of area teams to travel to Corcoran to participate and represent their area. Directly responsible for set up, running of event and break down of the tournament. Should become the legitimate and recognized State Dual Championship. Will surpass Corcoran Duals as #1 Dual Tournament in California if it hasn't already in its 1st year.Creator and Tournament Director California Republic InvitationalIn its 4th year, this event is considered the #1 Invite event in California. It attracted 750 wrestlers from Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Texas and every part of California. Responsible for distribution of tournament information to hundreds of coaches. Set up website for promotion of event. Co-Coordinate set up of tournament, weigh ins, set up of brackets and running of tournament itself. Make sure staff of 50+ are in correct locations during event. The break down and clean up of up to 3000+ wrestlers, parents, coaches and spectators. Tournament Director 21st Annual John Muir InvitationalInformation distribution. Set up of event. Run computer program during event. Coordinate staff including snack bar, gear sales, and raffles. Break down of event. Increased participation from 16 teams and 150 participants to up to 50 teams and 350 participants.

I currently set up meetings for CVYWA. I make sure any and all questions of our association handbook are answered thoroughly. Set up all meetings times and locations. Update rule additions or changes within our handbook after meetings. Set up of season schedule. Have helped increased participation and growth from 20 teams to over 40 and from 300 participants to more than 700 the past 14+ years.

Promoted to Grounds and Building Sanitation Supervisor along with handling all Purchasing and Warehouse Maintenance. I also am responsible for purchasing parts for our specialty equipment and machinery used to extract oil from seed. I contact various companies looking for the best prices for parts and chemicals. On a daily basis, I communicate with companies on deliveries of parts and chemicals needed to run our plant. I constantly check our warehouse to make sure we have the materials needed so we have minimal down time. I am in constant contact with providers on logistics of their trucks and setup delivery dates and times. Everyday use of WWW, Word, Excel and Microsoft Suite for upkeep of materials and production numbers. Logistics with trucking companies to set up the pickup of edible oil to deliver to various plants throughout the state. I am familiar with running our Deodorizer plant from start up to shutdown as I was an operator for 2 years. Here, we extracted various impurities from the oil including reducing oil color and FFA. I would be responsible for daily testing of the oil so that it met specifications, as well as upkeep of records and the cleanliness of the plant itself. I was responsible for the loading of tanker trucks and rail cars with various Deodorized oils either by automated or manually operated valves. Minor repairs or replacement of pumps and seals. Unloading of oils into our feeder tanks from tanker trucks or rail cars. Transferring oils from our holding tanks in other areas to our holding tank in our tank farm and later into feed tanks to the plant. Transfer of oils from a feed tank to holding tank and vice versa. Experience in the operation of tractor trailers, forklifts and skip loaders. Loading and unloading incoming trucks. Loading and unloading trailers. Starting and stopping belt lines. Moving seed from seed houses to tanks for oil extraction.

Head Wresting Coach. Instruct wrestlers 4 years to 14 years of age. Coordinate season schedule. Run every day practices. Set up transportation to tournaments. Share information with various parents as well as school staff. Attend disciplinary meetings with teachers and parents when needed. Coach of numerous State Placers and Champions. We have had numerous national event placers2014 team saw one of our kids represent California at the Virginia Duals that took a 5th and the same kid represented California in Ohio where his 14 and under team were 1st California Team to win this event.

Instruct under achieving students in the Language Arts. Tutor and mentor at risk youth at an after school program. Follow instructions set forth by Catapult Learning. Teach materials out of handbooks. Input attendance as well as the students development during that period.

Every day instruction of students K-12 and Adult School using Teacher lesson plans. Creating lesson plans on the fly when none left. Supervision duties inside and outside the Classroom.Continue to coach wrestling at CUSD for over 10 years. Founded Wildcat Rotational 8 years ago that cater to Middle School wrestlers and considered #1 Dual event in California. Founded Cali Kid Duals in its 6th year and also considered #1 Dual Event for Elementary in California. Founded the California Republic Invitational 3 years ago that is considered the top K-8th event in California that is not the State Championships. Vice President of Central Valley Junior High Wrestling Association the past 10 years. Founded Central Valley Elementary Wrestling Association 5 years ago and merged both into Central Valley Youth Wrestling Association that caters to 35+ teams from Fresno to Tehachapi. Received NorCal Tournament of Champions Coaches Award in 2012 that covers California/Oregon border to Tehachapi for work with California Republic, Corcoran Duals and CVYWA.
