With fifteen years experience as a manager & leader, with managerial roles both at the branch network and the head office level, I enjoyed working for large multi-national financial institutions in Romania, ABN AMRO Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland (14y), as well as for the Romanian owned middle sized Carpatica Bank (3y). Entrusted by my employers with important roles, I had the opportunity to progress and develop my skills.
