I was a General Manager and have been in management for 6 years, but have worked with the company for almost 12. I have been certified in food handling and food service management. I'm qualified to train, hire and make shipment orders. My daily tasks usually included, but were not limited to: Personnel management, cash management, food management, food handling, customer satisfaction/de-escalation, quick-rational decision making, hiring, new employee training, veteran employee re-training, minor building maintenance, and ordering new supply shipments. I have handled my position in leadership with finesse and diligence and because of such have been offered numerous promotions. I have turned down such prospects because I seek greater opportunities outside of the fast food industry.
