Adrian is a Partner with the Turnaround, Advisory and Insolvency firm of Brooke Bird following a 20 year career with Deloitte, PPB Advisory and Ferrier Hodgson. He specialises in corporate reorganisation and insolvency adviceAdrian’s experience encompasses a diverse range of services working with key stakeholders (be they secured lenders, directors, their solicitors and accountants) which typically focus on internal controls, management competency, performance, short to medium term viability and asset divestment.Adrian has particular expertise in the following areas:• Management of businesses in formal insolvency including restructure and cost down programs during the sale of businesses• Working capital and cash flow management and associated optimisation strategies• Business restructuring and profit improvement strategy development• Identification and implementation of operational and process improvements.• Business diagnostic reviews / investigations In addition to being heavily involved in a variety of corporate reorganisation administrations across many industries, Adrian has developed specialised skills in the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 which came into effect from 30 January 2012.
