I was brought into the Lutron family to perform programming and site management of system startups and maintenance for the New York City Metro market. I quickly qualified on a wide range of Lutron’s commercial and residential systems and became the go to Field Service Engineer for large residential, commercial and hospitality projects in which I was regularly chosen to deal with high priority and problem jobs. My hard work paid off when I was promoted to Customer Engineer and given responsibility as the Assistant Territory Leader in New York City. While performing that role I worked with customers and peers on pre and post-sale system design, technical application, pre-construction coordination, and project closeout in support of large and small-scale system startups and commissioning.

While transitioning out of the Marine Corps, I was hired at Langer-Krell to perform duties as a sales and customer service representative. Although I had little experience at first, I developed quickly allowing me to speak with authority on matters related to marine electronics and contribute to the success of the company by completing sales both large and small.

I enlisted into the Marine Corps right out of high school where I excelled in my duties as a fully qualified avionics technician and eventual Collateral Duty Inspector responsible for quality control of all avionics equipment repairs leaving my shop. This allowed me to move up the ranks quickly where ultimately, I was selected to be an instructor to train the next generation of Marines in my military occupational specialty.
