Current• Promotion to project management dept (2017) from role of Exec Asst of CEO (2012-2017).• Work remotely from home office in OR since 2015; with travel to corporate office (CA) as required. • Promoted to Interim Project Director (Nov 2019 – Aug 2021); performing various accounting, operational and supervisory duties for the project manager and project coordinator team whom also work via remote office locations – 8 staff members across 3 states/time zones.• Weekly dept meeting via videoconferencing; discuss team goals, project urgencies, process reviews and training. • Bi-monthly accounting meeting with team; review assignments, timelines, procurement, and accounting status. • Creation of new processes, checklists, and related templates to set company standards; streamline procedures for database management.• Review of contracts and coordination of insurance requirements (COI’s). • Change Order creation and tracking.• RGA and Warranty liaison.• Review of specifier fixture schedules and product documentation.• Procurement; purchase orders, price negotiations, logistics (dropship) and creation of project trackers to manage release schedules. • Weekly invoicing; submission through various platforms (i.e., GCPay, Procore and Textura), monthly billing projections and SOV.• Creation of technical documentation (i.e., Submittals and O&M).• Support to the Operations Dept; payroll, interviews, new hire onboarding, company training and special projects.• Support to Quotations Dept; RFQs and estimating. • Support to Accounting Dept; pre-liens, collections, billing reconciliations, new account setups and reporting. • Support to Warehouse Dept; coordinate weekly deliveries via company truck to jobsites, training and template creating.
