Adrian led seven account managers and a group of >135 Hospital Employee’s Union (HEU) personnel spread across 12 acute hospitals and two sub acute medical facilities between Hope and Burnaby. Adrian’s key clients were the Fraser Health Authority and HealthCo (ARHCC Private Public Partnership) with a revenue budget of >$6m. PHSA's primary role is to ensure that BC residents have access to a coordinated network of high-quality specialized health care services.PHSA operates provincial agencies including BC Children's Hospital, BC Transplant, and BC Cancer Agency, and I responsible for specialized provincial health services like chest surgery and trauma services, which are delivered in a number of regional facilities.Adrian was responsible for: excluded and unionized in-house security staff, the management of a $1.3m security contract, an in-house security operations centre for Vancouver based PHSA facilities, fire safety, parking and security technology. This role included advising heath authority executives in various crises and assignment as safety and security officer for Emergency Operation Centre (EOC) activations.
