My Career has taken many paths over 38 years’ gaining experience in Front, Middle and Back office operations. I have developed Business analysis skills to identify and rectify processing issues, areas of potential risk and carried out CASS Client Money project in relation to a S166. Also assisted with Debt Management CASS review and Insurance Intermediary Client money process review.Specialist Knowledge of CASS 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 SM&CR, FCA Part 4A applications and HR Management. A stable career person recognised as a people manager with strong leadership skills having led teams over 6 people and over and an entire trading floor and operations team of 95 people. The welfare of staff has always been my priority which is why I am continuing my professional development in Mental Health Support having studied and passed Mental Health Nursing exam and currently studying Mental Health in the Workplace. I have also completed Human Resource Management and passed Level 4 and currently studying Advanced level 5.
