Critically evaluated FAST JV’s past projects which uncovered an opportunity to improve efficiency through implementation of a 3D platform for delivering structural drawings: achieved delivery of the RGP6 project in half the time of the previous projects, including the modularisation of the plant, RGP6 mine – 60Mtpa Greenfields iron ore mine.Responsible for structural deliverables totaling 55000 hours.Monitoring and tracking of performance.Establish an open communication across the project and within the structural team.Implement into the new design, lessons learned and modularisation.Develop and execute 3D modelling (Frameworks).

Penzance & St Ives sewerage and wastewater treatment scheme comprising of a new wastewater treatment plant, long sea outfall (tunnelled) as well as associated re-sewage including pumping stations this was a design and construct project in an alliance between Hyder Consulting, Trafalgar House and Degremont (A$180m). Torbay Marine re-sewerage scheme, comprising of a new wastewater treatment plant, long sea outfall (tunnelled) as well as associated re-sewage including pumping stations (A$300M).Tamar bridge widening project, this involved adding two extra lanes to the outside of an existing suspension bridge between Devon and Cornwell.Alongside these major projects Adrian also worked on various other mid-size water projects.
