Adrian is an accomplished Design Manager with over 35 years of experience in 2D/3D design in the mining industry across an array of projects and organisations. He has specific expertise in 3D modelling, implementation, delivery and, importantly, leading his teams with a focus on developing individuals and building a positive team culture.Since 2008, Adrian has been managing teams and holding increasing accountability for larger pieces of work. His experience spans the project life-cycle and includes greenfield and brownfield project as well as fabrication and construction support. He is skilled in cost management with a honed capability in fast-track projects and early site civil and structural works, linking 3D models to civil works definition and structural steel design and fabrication locally and internationally.In particular, his recent experience is in developing new design processes with engineering and client teams to maximise the use of electronic data to eliminate traditional design deliverables, resulting in reduced overall design hours. He offers a wealth of knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders.With this experience, Adrian has now Joined Journey Recruitment to assist the recruiters and clients in ensuring the right people are placed in the right teams to offer the best outcomes for both parties.
