I am the team lead for DBS digiPortfolio (Singapore) and investment engagement. Our team oversees the end to end for digiPortfolio including client journeys, platform and proposition. My responsibilities also include the coverage of engagement and communication of investment products both digitally and via traditional means. Financial-retirement planning, a personal passion of mine, is an area where I am directly involved in through the continuous development of all encompassing propositions as well as the identifying and development of appropriate solutions.In my earlier role in DBS, I was the unit trust product manager for DBS Treasures responsible for delivering revenue targets and driving digital adoption. I am was also the lead product manager and line manager for digiPortfolio solutions responsible for its growth and penetration among retail and wealth clients. I was previously the product manager for Unit Trusts for the Standard Chartered Retail bank in Singapore. My main KPI was to deliver the revenue targets through business activities – fund selection/write ups and frontline training. Additionally, I was the business owner of the growing online unit trust platform for which I have successfully developed and implemented process improvements and UI/UX enhancements. My background is in accounting with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and spent my formative years (internship and first job) working in Ernst & Young.Upon joining the banking industry, my first role in the graduate programme was in sales before taking on roles involving business development and retail client analytics.
