I invest by acquiring liquidation lots and stock clearance auctions held by various consumer goods agencies and companies, At the present moment, through different sales channels which include e-commerce websites, apps, and mobile physical retailing, I sell up to 5,000 consumer goods products a month of typically found on Amazon.I manage 5 accounts where I am the whole-seller, and I'm the preferred account of a wholesale distribution facility because of my sales ability and agility which allow me to pay a more competitive price for scarce, quality inventory. Due to my low overhead costs system, price points, and economies of scale, on average I make 200% profit on my investments, which are done on a monthly basis. Profit per item sold varies depending on what goods are available.My mission is to get the product to market, ensure and sustain customer satisfaction, and enhance my value proposition through constant refinement.

I am part of the instructor cadre for Building Skills Partnership. Currently teaching my Sixth thirty-hour class regarding the sustainable operations and maintenance of commercial real estate buildings. My most prominent classes have been for clients at Kilroy Realty Corporation, Brookfield Properties, Westfield, and CBRE.

Contributed to the growth and development of the innovative workforce development program, the Green Janitor Education Program, through administrative management, partner engagement, event coordination and direct services for participants. Adopting and applying the same business growth strategies has allowed the program to grow in scale in Los Angeles and expand to the entire State of California. The program is now part of the Los Angeles Mayor's Sustainability Plan.

Worked together with the President of Samsofina to develop bilateral trade operations with business partners in Mexico to solidify and expand the firm's market reach. Samsofina's international trade focuses exclusively with vendors in Mexico and it provides business services in the United States primarily to independent grocers geared towards the Hispanic consumer market. Imported products included flavored drinks, packaged food products, dehydrated fruit snacks, and condiments of various sorts.

Interned full time at the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs in order to expand that offices capacity and serve my fellow Angelenos through public service. Cross-sector relationship building was crucial for the realization of our office's objectives.

Assisted the consulate by analyzing and synthesizing political and economic affairs in the United States and Los Angeles to better serve the Mexican population and to strengthen the diplomatic ties between the United States Government and its Mexican counterparts. Tasks included policy briefs, event planning, establishing communications with public officials for my supervisors, creation of profiles, and writing official reports that were sent back to the S.R.E.

Interned for the Latino and Regional Affairs diplomat to assist him with the responsibilities of his office. My tasks included tracking immigration laws and initiatives, attending and briefing conferences, translating documents, canalizing consular assistance petitions and briefing studies or specialized articles for my supervisors. The insight I gained as an intern was the importance of understanding the technicalities of policy and how specific departments of an organization reflect its tasks and mission. This means that there must be an understanding of national and international conditions that exist in order to create specific and appropriate responses to address problems or challenges.

As a Senator I sat on Finance Board, which allocated the UC Santa Barbara student budget. I also sat on Committee on Committees, which oversaw all student committees and authorized key appointments.

Invested my savings in wholesale liquidation lots from major retailers and consumer goods manufacturing companies from abroad that I would then re-distribute to small business owners or the public via mobile vending marletplaces.Major tasks included inventory management, sales, customer service, pricing and business development strategy. On average, my business was able to redistribute a 20 foot-equivalent container of consumer goods bi-monthly.Profits were robust due to the liquidation price in which the merchandise was acquired through auction distribution centers and my overhead was sustainable due to shared storage costs between other vendors operating at my scale.
